We took in a total of 102 birds for rescuing during 2008 and rehomed 78. Please keep in mind that some of these birds will remain in our rescue as shelter birds due to special circumstances such as health and or emotional problems. Also realize that some of the birds adopted out in 2008 may have actually been rescued in 2007.

Our New Jersey Branch took in 6 birds from September 1, 2008 through December 31, 2008 and adopted out two of them. Please keep in mind that they had taken in other birds prior to becoming affiliated with Healthipets and some of their birds may also be shelter or sanctuary birds unable to be adopted.
